1) Terms of Service

1.1 Acceptance

By accessing our website, store, or services (including gunsmithing and consignment) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with all applicable laws. Certain services/products (e.g., firearms, ammunition, parts) are restricted by federal/state/local law and require additional verification.

1.3 Store Services & Compliance

• Firearms & transfers: All transfers are performed in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and require valid identification and completion of applicable forms (e.g., ATF Form 4473). We reserve the right to decline a sale/transfer where prohibited or at our discretion.

• Gunsmithing/work orders: Estimates are good-faith approximations; final invoices may vary based on parts/diagnostics/required labor. Customer remains responsible for lawful pickup and payment.

• Consignment: Consignor affirms legal ownership and accuracy of information provided. Commission, storage, listing, shipping, and third-party marketplace fees (if any) will be disclosed or deducted as agreed.

1.4 Pricing, Payment & Taxes

Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and shipping/transfer charges. We may correct pricing or availability errors at any time.

1.5 Shipping, Transfer & Pickup

Where permitted, shipping and FFL-to-FFL transfers follow applicable regulations. Title and risk of loss pass at the point of shipment/transfer as allowed by law. Pickup requires valid ID and compliance with all legal prerequisites.

1.6 Returns & Cancellations

Return, cancellation, and refund practices are posted at the point of sale or on receipts/work orders and may vary by item/category (e.g., firearm and ammunition sales are typically final, subject to applicable law). Manufacturer warranties, if any, apply to their products.

1.7 Prohibited Conduct

Do not misuse our site/services (e.g., unlawful activity, interference, scraping, reverse engineering). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

1.8 Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on our site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use them without prior written consent.

1.9 Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the full extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—your rights may vary.

1.10 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold K&M Armament harmless from claims arising out of your use, violations of law, or breach of these Terms.

1.11 Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, Mason County venue where permitted, unless otherwise required by law.

1.12 Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version and updating the effective date. Continued use indicates acceptance.

3) Toll-Free SMS/Text Program (Customer Care)

Program name: K&M Armament Alerts (Customer Care)
Purpose: Transactional, non-marketing customer support messages related to your work order/consignment/order (e.g., check-in confirmations, estimate/approval requests, status updates, parts arrival, ready-for-pickup, payment/payout notices).
Message frequency: Varies by activity.
Cost: Message & data rates may apply.
Supported regions: United States (and Canada if applicable).
Sender type: Toll-Free number.

3.1 How you opt in

You may opt in by one or more of the following:

• Signing our in-store intake forms (work order or consignment) and providing your mobile number for status updates

• Requesting text updates at the counter or by contacting us directly

• Checking the SMS update box on a web form (if/when available)

Consent is not required to purchase. You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the provided mobile number.

3.2 How to opt out / get help

• STOP: Reply STOP to cancel SMS from us. You may also contact us at [email protected] or 231-333-4606 to be removed.

• HELP: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or 231-333-4606.

3.3 Data we collect for SMS

3.4 Eligibility & limitations
